I think that ISO9000simplified is even better than their advertising claims: ISO9000simplified really improved our entire company a lot! We were able to eliminate a many cumbersome processes and improve others; our departments are much more efficient now, especially accounting and production; quite amazingly, even our most stubborn foremen support our ISO 9000 system.

The ISO 9001:2000 Standard states the requirements that need to be complied with. It does not tell you how to do it. This makes it difficult the first time one has to design and implement a system to comply with the requirements.

The "ISO 9000 Streamlining Manual" is a super-efficient manual that is ideal for companies that want to make their existing quality system more efficient.

Why do we recommend to obtain both manuals? Because a year or so after implementing ISO 9001:2000 using the "ISO 9000 Implementation Manual", you will be ready for further streamlining your ISO 9001 system (in fact, your auditor will likely expect you to revise your ISO 9001 documentation due to the ISO 9001:2000 requirement for continual improvement).
