We used ISO9000simplified's "Complete ISO 9000 Package" to get ISO certified, and I have to say, this package is even better than advertised. The "ISO 9000 Implementation Manual" is impressive; it really simplifies ISO and removes the bureaucracy; it also was very easy to customize. We followed the included guidebook step by step, which was very straight forward and easy to understand; and the excellent customer service provided by Ken helped us a lot. All in all, this is an excellent product that easily deserves 5 stars. If I had known that ISO could be so easy, we would have started long ago...

I am very pleased with the "Complete ISO 9000 Package". It is very clear and easy to follow. The procedures are very efficient and they do not require much paperwork. I already showed all documents to our ISO auditor, and he agreed that this system is excellent. Also Steve at the ISO9000simplified customer service has been very helpful.

I usually don't write reviews but I am so pleased with ISO9000Simplified and their 'Complete ISO 9000 Package' that I want to share my experience with others. First of all, ISO9000Simplified promises a simple and non-bureaucratic ISO system, and they really deliver! Every procedure, every process is very efficient and minimizes the amount of paperwork.
Surprisingly enough, using their ISO system, we now use less paperwork than before ISO! Secondly, the ‘Complete ISO 9000 Package’ was really easy to use and follow, even though we didn’t have any prior experience with ISO 9000. We also didn’t need to buy anything else because everything was included.
I would also like to mention that their customer service is really prompt and their advice is to-the-point. ISO9000Simplified is a first-rate company, and their 'Complete ISO 9000 Package' is outstanding.

We recently bought the combination package, and I can only highly recommend it.  Both manuals are just amazing in that they don't require all the time-consuming paperwork that is usually part of ISO (we have seen other manuals and we know how terrible most other manuals are).  Also customizing the Implementation Manual was really easy, and when I had a question, their customer service responded immediately. Highly recommended!
