My experience with ITS has been great, the product is rarely bad,unlike some other vendors. If it is bad, we get an immediate replacement. Most other vendors have you fill out RMA paperwork. We try to deal with them exclusively.

While ITS could not recover my data I appreciate the attempt. It would be very helpful to know the status of the project even if it is only that the machine is still working on it. The data customers ask to recover is very valuable and knowing what is happening would help in understanding the situation.

My data were fully recovered and returned rapidly, to my great relief.
