IT was a PLEASURE to work work with Dan at ITS. I sent them my drive on Monday evening and it is now Wednesday morning as I write this review. My data was recoveded at approx one third the price of the two other vendors I spoke with - and the job was completed in ONE DAY. There is nothing more trying for a small business than being immobilized by a hard drive loss. ITS' performance was exceptional and they do business the old fashioned way: delivery of what was promised, at the price quoted and in the time committed.

I contacted these guys when the vendor Apple pointed me to tried to charge me $2K to pull the data off my hard-drive. ITS gave a reasonable quote, worked me with on the specifics of my problem, including how to handle the hard-drive, getting the info back to me, and providing me enough documentation to deal with Apple. ITS delivered their work on time and on budget, and also reported that the hard-drive itself was bad. They helped me persuade Apple to replace the drive, and Apple upgraded my OS to boot! All in all, a lot of personal hand-holding, excellent on-time performance, a new drive, and all my music and photos are back.

ITS was able to help me right away and treated me very fairly, unlike other Data Recovery companies that just take advantage of people in these emergency type of situations. ITS did an amazing job of getting my hard drive up and running so I could recover my data after a power failure that damaged the drive's board. Working with ITS was a refreshing experience, I am glad I found them in time.

We had a major production tool go down due to a failed hard drive. The system is no longer supported by the OEM so we were forced to search out someone who could recover the data from this hard drive and load a new drive. ITS-Data recovery came through, they not only restored a drive for us but was able to accomplish this in 24 hours getting our system back into production in record time. We are so grateful to this company for recovering pictures off of our Sony memory stick. They were pictures from our daughter's Prom and very important to her! We found Data Recovery Services online and my husband called. They were confident in their abilities and we are so pleased with the way they dealt with us. They were fair and produced results we were very happy with. We received all pictures from the memory stick on a CD with very quick delivery as well as receipts for charges made to our credit card.
