I had a 50 year old tub and tile bathroom to redo. I was not looking forward to gutting the room and starting anew. When I called, Ken and Donna were very professional and helpful in deciding the best way to go. They set and appointment for the work and began the project on time.

I could not be happier with the results! The tub and tile look wonderful. I am amazed and highly recommend their services. In fact, I am planning on using them for more projects myself.

I have given a 5 star rating review because of the end product, and the technician’s courtesy and job performance, which were top notch. I had a bathtub refinished to
change the color to match a bathroom remodel. The finished tub looked as if it were done at the factory, outstanding.
I must add that the scheduling process did not go as smoothly. The first day I called to schedule an appointment I spoke with the owner who was on the road at the time. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call me back the same day, when he was less busy. I never received a return call that day or the next. I called a few days later and spoke to a person at the office who took my phone number and scheduled an appointment. To make a long story shorter she apparently copied my home phone number incorrectly,and didn’t take my cell number, which is my preferred number. She had to call to reschedule because of a date conflict but of course couldn’t reach me. When they were a no show I had to call back to find out what happened and reschedule again. After a couple weeks the job got done.
Through all this scheduling turmoil they were very courteous and very willing to
try and correct the problem by sending the tech out the same day of the last call to do the refinish on the tub.
Things worked out fine.

I have to say that I am very pleased. When Andrew first came over to give me a quote on two bathrooms I was a bit hesitant. My wife and I have spent a considerable amount of money fixing up our 1979 home. So, I was worried that this treatment to the original counter tops and bathtub would look "cheesy". However, it came out quite the opposite. It really looks great. When you consider the price to do this compared to ripping your bathroom apart for new installation there is no comparison.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team any day. Thanks for the great service and product!

FANTASTIC!!! Edgar did a magnificent job on our tub. It really does look BRAND NEW! Our tub is a bottom-of-the-line fiberglass model and, when we moved in, there were some superficial scratches and cracks that were painted. That touch-up job lasted a couple of years but recently the tub actually cracked deeply and was making an audible noise and moving when stepped on. We knew it could be leaking through and we had to get it fixed properly. We thought maybe a tub surround or replacement would be what we needed to do. We were quoted $900-$1,200 JUST TO REMOVE THE EXISTING TUB! YIKES!!! On top of that, the cost of a new tub and labor to install we were quoted a full job price of like $2,500! Who has thousands of extra dollars these days? But, we needed a functioning shower/tub immediately. This problem couldn't wait. We didn't know what we were going to do. Then we came across Miracle Method! We read all the wonderful local reviews so we called and the price was incredibly reasonable! Miracle Method made our crappy fiberglass tub beautiful and strong again (husband is 6'6" and when he steps in, the tub can feel it!). It is gleaming! ALL the work for way less than ANY other company (Home Depot and specialty bath fixers included) wanted just to take out the old tub. Edgar was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and the office was efficient and helpful. I really can't say enough. If only ALL service professionals were as good as these guys!!! I wish! Thanks for the most hassle-free work we've ever had done. A perfect job. A+
