When I had no luck ordering online (hence the four stars and not five), I called. The call was answered immediately (wow!) and the person handling the call was very helpful, and the order proceeded smoothly. Nice surprise!

Unfortunately this customer placed an order online and entered in her old incorrect address. The order was processed and delivered. Customer then corrected the address online three weeks later after delivery. Customer then called our office, lied stating we made the mistake and attempted to get a refund with threat of online complaint. Customer became extremely upset when we refused to absorb the loss after we provided detailed records showing the attempted Fraud. See full details for more information on this incident.

I am VERY unsatisfied with this company. I ordered a chex mix for over $40 and did not receive it. The order did not ask for my mailing address so it was shipped to the wrong one. I could not get my money back for it or get another order unless I spent another $40 for it. Terrible set up and service.

Real simple: No problems whatsoever with order or shipping.

Great website for finding some items you have been looking for in candy selections.

I just bought some candy (bulk) online and so far am VERY pleased with the service I have received.
