Our recent most enjoyable holiday commenced with a warm welcome by Peter and Sylvia. The apartment (Kent) was 1st class in every respect and totally in line with the website description. We had a great time at El Presidente in late September 2008. The ground floor Yolanda apartment wss just like a home from home, and it was in a great location just beside the main pool. Peter and Sylvia were very friendly and we took up their restaurant recommendations which were spot on. We would definintely go back for a very relaxing holiday.

the apartment (Kent) was exactly as described on the website and we really liked the complex. Lovely pools and we found some great restaurants within easy walking distance. Sylvia and Peter are ideal hosts; friendly and available to answer any questions. Great location for a relaxing break.
Our 4th Visit to one of Peter & Sylvias apartments at El Presidente. Recently renovated, the 1st floor apartment we had for the first week of April this year was the best we've had. The Chatlands are always friendly (our children and theirs play together some evenings) and attentive adding the personal touch to out stay. We'll be back at El Pres... More
Back in -79 I´ve start traveling to Costa del Sol. Since then, on yearly basis, I´ve spent a week or two going back. El Presidente and the Chatland apartments are realy a top of marks place to stay. We´ll be back! Fam. Jansson
