We have just spend aweek at El Presidente which exceeded all our expectations. We rented a wunderful two bedroom flat with a beatiful terrace overlooking the big pool area. The flat was perfect for us two couples. It was very spacious, clean and practical to use. The garden with the pool was also very nice. It was a great experience and together with the perfect service from Peter nd Sylvia it was a memorable week.

The El Presidente exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful and nicely furnished. The outdoor terrace had comfy chairs a big table which was ideal for enjoying the sunshine. The grounds of the El Presidente were beautifuly maintained and elegant with the fountains and pools. The beach was a few minutes away and wonderful for walks.

Peter and Sylvia were great to work with as we were planning our vacation. They recommended fabulous places to eat and best places to shop.

Thank you so much for a memorible vacation to the San Pedro area.

We have just spent 2 weeks in the ground floor Kent apartment, very spacious, everything suplied in the apartment is of a high standard. The El Presidente complex is excellent and you are not far away from anything you need on holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday and it is also good for young children, plenty of play parks in the area.

During the Easter holiday we had a delightful stay in the Madrono apartment at El Presidente. The accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable....with top quality beds and a state of the art large flat screen television. I often enjoyed the beautiful views from the terrace whilst the children relaxed and my husband took advantage of the internet facilities. The outdoor heated pool was a huge hit with my young son swimming his highest number of lengths to date. We intend to return very soon and thank Peter and Sylvia for their warm welcome and hospitality.

We have just come back from a week in Andulucia and have had a wonderful trip.

These apartments rented out by Peter and Sylvia are exceptional! The location is stunning and wonderful for a relaxing and romantic "get-away from it all" time. If you want night-life and shopping, Puerto Banus and Marbella are close by but when you require peace and privacy, then look no further than these lovely apartments in El Presidente. We found that the spacious accommodation included everything we needed and it was cleaned to a very high standard too.

There are several excellent restaurants nearby so we did not eat at home but the kitchen was extremely well equipped if you wished to cook for yourselves. We didn't need it but the apartment rental includes air-conditioning and satellite TV. The beach is a two minute walk away if you like to swim in the sea but the beautifully landscaped complex had five swimming pools (one of which is heated) and tennis courts.

We visited early in the season but due to the amount of apartments built in El Presidente, I cannot imagine that the surrounds would ever get too crowded either.

We unreservedly recommend this accommodation and congratulate the owners on their high standards and very helpful customer service. I hope you will enjoy yourselves as much as we did :) Karen and Alistair"

We just returned from a seven-week stay at the Kent apartment in the El Presidente complex in Estepona.We are delighted with our choice.
First,the Kent apartment is beautifull and very confortable.This ground floor apartment is very large and gives access to a beautifull patio-terrace surrounded by nice manucured gardens.
Secondly, the location is perfect.You can find almost everything at walking distance,
beach, restaurants, markets, etc.However, for long stay, a car is advisable.
Finally, Peter and Sylvia are perfects hosts
and as they live full time at El Presidente they are always there to help for everything.
In summary this one of the best place we have been in many years.

Nous venons de passer un des plus beau mois de vacance au Modrano,Peter et Sylvia sont des gens charmants et d'excellent hotes , le site est fantastique, le condo est bien équipé,les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenue. Nous avons trouvé cet endroit sur ce site, et nous devons avouer que la réalité a dépassé nos attentes. Sans hésitation nous recommandons et surement nous retournerons.

We were absolutely satisfied with the Madrono apartment during our stay in Spain in October 2008. It had everything they promised on the El Presidente home page and even more... The complex is very good for the families with children (our youngest was 6 months)and for those who want to play tennis when tired of sunbathing. Thank you Peter & Sylvia, we will defintely recommend your apartments to our friends and we will come back one day for sure.
