When I first started building web sites a few years ago, I naively got set up with some not so great hosting services. So the time invariably came when I needed to find a good one that I could call "home" and not deal with problems and worry about it any more. AptHost was recommended by a colleague and I'm so glad I took the advise. AptHost customer support was invaluable when it came to making some tricky cut overs. Brain, Harry, Cody and others have all been extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great feeling to be with a great hosting service that I doubt I will ever outgrow like I did the others.

I found APTHost via Google by searching for YouTube Clone hosting. I have not been disapointed with the move. Their customer support and technical support tickets are always answered within minutes not days like I have seen with some companies. If you require competent high quality service with your hosting account, I would definitly look into APTHost. Many hosting companies have big fancy websites that make them look like a big organization when infact they are only a one man operation but not APTHost. If you give APTHost a try, I do not think you will be disapointed.

I found AptHost through a link on WHT.com. I was very concerned about picking hosts, because horror stories get to your head. I contacted Cody with at least 10-15 questions, and he answered every single one, most of them on the same day. This was before I was a customer. It turned out to be a great decision to go with them. I have relied on them for support throughout the whole process, and they
have come through. Whether it be on the forums, or through the live chat; I have gotten all problems resolved within the days end. I now have two sites hosted on AptHost, (same hosting plan), and Support helped walk me through it. When they changed their plans, I was worried about paying a different price, but they promised I would keep my plan, and they have kept their promise. On top of that,
Ive gotten genuine feedback on my site from the Cody and Andrea. Its like sprinkles on ice cream. I hope they keep their business plan as is forever!
