I can’t wait to say thanks to the entire team of APT host.
I’m still new to the service provided by APT and I’m not sure about the uptime/server speed or anything.
But I’m VERY satisfy with the support given by the team.

Brian gave me a help by contacting my ex-host for account transfer arrangement.
The Live Chat support is REALLY live. I’ve never wait more than 10 seconds to get someone answer my chat request.
The support email reply has never been more than 1 hour after I logged ticket.

At first, there were issues with the long wait for the support tickets. I later found out the company was migrating their servers. They all have stepped up to the plate to show that customers are important and did what they could to help resolve my issues I was having. Their pricing is top notch and you cannot find the kinds of packages they offer elsewhere. Their uptime has been great. I am a new customer, and I am glad I was able to switch to a hosting company that was affordable, and offered great services to fit my needs.

Great company - excellent service and support. I moved to AptHost after 5 years of running another site with another host. I realized that the new sites (mentioned below) would require more from the host (especially ffmpeg, but mot only). I made a long research and reached AptHost, on which I heard recommendations from people who have YouTube clones sites. The advantage is that their plans let me grow from the smallest shared account to the dedicated without the hassle of changing host - since all of their accounts support ffmpeg. But ffmpeg is not the only great thing with AptHost - but the service itself and the speed and reliability of the server connection.
