oh my God, this people have killed me. They assured me they got a backup of my site and after transfering from one SERVER to another, they will restore all the backups. Now they have lost all my files. My hard work of 5 years is gone.

this is the worst customer experience i have had in years- i am writing this at hour 37 of my site being down...their "live" help is either a bot or simply an agent with stock answers, provided no "real" support. Pointless. A huge disappointment and inconvenience.

Like the previous poster said AptHost's servers are very fast. I've hosted web sites at various hosts and none of them were ever this fast so I thought this was just the way it was. Terrible service, rude and did not deliver what they sold us. I would never use Apthost, nor would I recommend them to anyone!!!!

I never knew how slow my server was until I moved to APTHost. I thought everyone waited seconds for each CPanel action. After changing from one provider to another for many years I think I have finally found a long term prospect. I really cannot rate these guys any higher.

I've had many hosts over the years and during this first week with AptHost I have experienced the best customer service I've ever had. It's a breath of Fresh Air.
