I really hope that people read this before actually deciding to go with these guys!
There isn't a rating low enough on here to describe how I feel about the service they provide! I have never been more unhappy or dissatisfied with a service in my entire life! Their server is ALWAYS DOWN. I can not even count the amount of times the server has been down for over two hours and then the other day it was down for over 7 hours! I have been trying to work with them and be decent, but every time I turn around they fail me in another way. I finally got them to switch servers for me and now 1/2 of the members on the board can not stay logged in, PM's are missing and posts are out of order. I ask them for a simple phone call...do you think I can get that courtesy? Heck no! They have been nothing but a pain and inconvenience since day one!
PLEASE, PLEASE do not use this site!!!!
If I can save one person the stress that we have been dealing with from these guys, this review has done it's job!

Je suis client depuis bientôt 1 an sur un serveur partagé, et là je viens de me prendre un VPS !
Au bout d'une semaine, toujours pas de VPS fonctionnel, le service technique mon répond tout les jours en direct ! Mais le problème reste inchangé !
Par contre le service après vente, et facturation ne réponde pas ou très peut ! (une réponse en une semaine !) car aussi un problème en facturation !
Le code promotionnel à -50% na pas était pris en compte !
La seul réponse du service client en une semaine à était de me demander le N° de facture, bien qu'il avait toutes les information!
Très déçus de leurs service après vente et de la rapidité à traiter et résoudre les problèmes sur le serveur !

I am a customer for almost 1 year on a shared server, and I just got to take a VPS!
After one week, still no VPS functional, technical service meets my every day live! But the problem remains unchanged!
As against the after-sales service, billing and does not respond or very little! (one answer in a week!) as a problem in billing!
The promotional code to -50% na was not taken into account!
The only response from the customer service in a week was to ask the number of bills, although he had all the information!
Very disappointed with their after sales service and speed to handle and solve problems on the server!

I have since 2007 a reseller account by Apthost. In this 2 years i have many downtime, my customer accounts get suspended and many more. And now I have pay my domain name fee on 03/08/2009 and Apthost has not renew my domain name and my domain has the status:redemptionperiod

I have register my domain name on creation date: 11 Mar 2007 21:30:55
Expiration date: 11 Mar 2009 21:30:55 and i have pay it on 03/08/2009 by PayPal and Apthost has not renew my domain name. I lost now my domain name.

I would give negative stars if I could. They deleted my data, then restored it from a month old backup. Of course, all the work I had done in the past month was lost. They lied in emails. Tech support is rude. The management doesn't respond to tickets.

Any web host is better than this. You'd be better off hosting it yourself on a dialup than working with this company.
