The few times I have needed support, I have found support to be nearly "instant!" It is as close to personal service as one can expect in this business. Unlike another popular host which I use, Rebel Networks' support personnel seem knowledgeable and, more importantly, answer my questions. And I'm pretty sure they are located in North America!
