I've placed and received two wax worm orders. The quality of the worms was excellent and the shipment was timely. As a result, I'm now placing a third order (this time mealworms). I am definitely very satisfied and will continue using Wormman.com. I also enjoy and appreciate his newsletter.
I think this has been the WORST experience I have ever had trying to buy online. After they get your order and charge your card they don't answer the phone, the mailbox is full - I think I got ripped off. If you need something in a hurry or maybe if you don't like throwing money down a hole perhaps you should shop somewhere else. I know they won't get a second chance to rip ... More

This issue was resolved in a courteous manner. Per the customer's request, a replacement was shipped to make up for the DOA mealworms he received. The customer's last response was as follows: "Thank you Racquel, will be looking for the shipment."
I received the worms and they are happy and kicking. Thanks to Racquel for her excellent customer service. I will be ordering again.
