I am so glad to have found this company!!!
I had mycorporation.com help me with my previous LLC formations for my real estate holdings and they charged me so many hiiden fees, lied about turn around times, and it was impossible to get them to call me back.
I went with them because they looked like a serious company but I was very dissapointed.
Active filings helped me from the start , showed me the real fees from the secretary of state , answered all my emails within 2 days, and had my LLC done in 2 days!!!
it was unbelievable, I will recomend everyone to use them.
