I am very pleased with my experience going through the immigration process with the Lolly law firm. The process moved quickly and effectively. I would have however, really appreciated a phone call just to ask how it's going and if i have any questions. The empathetic piece of law seems to always be missing in our justice system. As a teacher i always make sure to connect with my students on a personal level and i would have really valued just that "hey, how are you doing with all this?" I never would have made it through the immigration process for my fiance without Allan S. Lolly and Associates and I am very grateful. My "teacher" suggestion is to just make that extra phone call to your clients! It's a very stressful process waiting and wondering what will happen.

Derek, I would personally like to thank you and Chris and the entire staff in your offices here and in Moscow for your professional and dedicated work.My fiancee was approved for the k-1 visa on November 19 and now all we need to do now is arrange travel plans for her and her son to fly here to the U.S. When I first talked to Chris about bringing her here back in April he told me if all goes well he could have her here before the end of the year and he delivered. I can't put into words what this means to both of us and saying thank you doesn't seem like enough. When I started this process I looked at many different law firms on the internet and there is no question, I know that I chose the right one. Many a times we are quick to criticize some one for not doing their job and not too quick to recognize good work. On that note, I want to take this opportunity to thank Allan and his team with filing or K1 Visa process for us. We were very satisfied with all the help and assistance we got from you and your staff. Specially, I want to thank Diana Nunez, who helped with the entire process on every step of the way and throughout the process she was very courteous and prompt in her response to many of our queries weather it had to do with filling out forms or with general questions. Her talent with the subject matter and her focus to help a client has enabled us to get through this process with great success and more importantly in a timely manner.

We've had an excellent experience with Allan Lolly's firm. They helped us get my wife's visa to come to the US in minimal time and here just recently she was approved for her green card. The whole story... We had decided to get married in Brazil, thinking it would only take us a few short months for my wife to get her visa in order to come back to the US with me. However, the more research I did into the process just revealed how complex our situation really was. I even got a less expensive immigration attorney to help us, but they couldn't answer some really important questions we had about our process. After months of getting nowhere and just about giving up on the whole process, my family got desperate and offered to help us hire a real immigration attorney. We lucked out stumbling upon Allan's website while Googling for attorneys and were really impressed by all their testimonies, helpful advice and very reasonable fees. Allan actually took time to talk with us personally to address the concerns we had about our process and assured us that we'd get the visa. He then assigned Holly to our case who was very helpful with letting us know what we needed to get her at each step along the way. They professionally prepared and filed our application very quickly and constantly kept us informed of our status and next steps. The lady who granted us our visa must have been well satisfied with our application because she only spent a few minutes with us before letting us know we'd receive the visa in the mail in about a week. So we were finally able to enter the US together and go on with our lives. Allan's firm handled our adjustment of status just as professionally and made it a good experience for us since we were well prepared for the green card interview. We were just told the other day that the green card will be in the mail and we're thrilled that this whole process is finally over! I'm very glad to be writing this review because Allan and his firm have made our new life in the US possible and we're very grateful to them. My advice is that anyone reading this should trust these professionals with your case because it's just too important to do it any other way. Alan S. Lolly & Associates provided effective guidance and assistance throughout the K-1 fiancee visa application process. They provided detailed instructions and advice on the necessary information to gather and submit at each stage of the process, and were usually prompt in responding to my questions. Such detailed information was not generally available from the U.S. government-provided instructions that accompanied the application forms. Since my fiancee's final visa interview at the U.S. Embassy went smoothly and there were no problems or delays at any stage of the visa application process, I believe that the work done by Allan S. Lolly and Associates made a substantial positive impact.

Since then (1 year) there has been many anxious moments when I called or email the person handling our case and in every instance they were remarkable. I called when I needed advice or consolation, they never wavered or made me feel uncomfortable. They coordinated with their Moscow office when my fiancee was have a difficult time either with language or procedures. I can not say enough complements and highly recommend them if you need help to bring someone special to America. I intend to retain Allan S, Lolly & Associated to help us obtain my wife-to-be permanent residency documents and "Green Card". It was worth every penny.

When we contracted your firm to assist in attaining my wife's K3 visa, we expected that you would put our fears at ease with your experience along with making the process go much smoother. You met all of our expectations and provided a very professional service that I have and will continue to recommend to my friends.
Complaints:
My only complaint is regarding the lateness of the financial package. I do not know the reasons for it being sent just one week before the interview, but it caused an unnecessary stress on our part. I know that sending these late is not your costume, as a friend (who I recommended you to) of mine received his long in advance.
Everything went really smooth. Kareema, our Paralegal was extremely professional and capable. She was always quick to respond to emails and answered every question fully. I am very satisfied with the services I recieved at Allan S. Lolly & Associates! We are now in the U.S. and my husband had no problems at the border control. Thank you so much!
