So far my experience online has been great! I sent an email asking about any promotional codes and was answered in less than 12 hours which is very impressive!!! Moving around the site is very easy. I only hope that my merchandise comes as planned (possibly even sooner) and that we have no unforeseen problems!!!

This is my second order. The first was sent promptly and was as described.

Good website, good search engine, selection, easy to checkout. The "postal code" field should be changed to "zip" but otherwise, straightforward. Shipping ran a bit expensive for 2 items ($13), and they lack gift certificates/card which would have been my preference.

Found just what I wanted for my kitchen shelves. It made a huge difference to add the shelf helpers. Shipment came fast. A+++
