They always get my Jeep business -- they've earned it! I've placed many orders and they are always quick to ship and have great prices. Once something was backordered, they immediately called to make sure it was OK with me to wait. Just great customer service all around.

Sent them an email on a tire quote & heard back from them within 10 minutes. They nearly matched a big chain store on the set of tires I'm looking for (Off by $3 whole dollars) & as far as I'm concerned, worth every penny and then some. It's great to find a store with excellent customer service such as this these days.

I have placed 12 orders with 4x4Rockshop and been dealing with Mike since 2004, never once have I had a single issue, complaint, mishiped order, delay in getting my order. More often than not I get the product a day or so before my projected ETA. Mike is an awesome vendor to deal with.

I'm from Canada, and finding a vendor in the US that has the stuff we northerners want isn't hard US vendors have it all, except 1 thing shipping via US postal service.
