I wanted to thank Matt at Sibername for the lightening fast response to my request for help. My computer had crashed and I had lost all my data. Sent a note requesting my welcome emails so I could reconfigure my sibername based email. Within about a minute I had my welcome emails. Thank you for the great service.

I have used Sibername for two years now. I have had very few issues but when I did, they were all resolved within a few hours, regardless of the time of day when I sent them in. Follow up has been excellent!
