Aside from a small miscommunication about the method by which clients pay via cash at their Ottawa office and the lack of a Interac option, service has been prompt, courteous and very professional. I look forward to conducting future business with Sibername.

You guys should call Telus and tell them how to handle customer service. You guys have that down to a science. I had problems correctly installing my SSL certificate and emailed Sibername support for help. I had immediate help plus endless patience with my questions since anything computer-ish is not my area of expertise. Both Kevin and Matt who helped me with this matter were both very supportive and professional.
