Recently joined Sibername and all I can say the e-mail support is very fast and supportive in all ways. i strongly recommend Sibername to business owners for their hosting needs.

I have asked their support staff many questions over the years, having my first domain with them over 5 years now. I have had every question answered promptly with a nice friendly tone. Even phone support was great with a tech who took part of his lunch hour to help me with my .tel account. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely fast response time compared to other hosts I have used in the past. My support issue was specialized and not the result of any downtime or errors on the host's part. They have extremely reliable service and the fastest response time for support requests I have seen to date. A+ service!!!
