I appreciate the level of support I'm provided with from Sibername staff. The service is also good. I have, on more than one occasion, heard complaints from friends who use other hosting companies, but I have no complaints with Sibername and always recommend them to people I know.

The response to my billing and credit card inquiry was excellent. I have been a customer since 2002 and while there are problems in all businesses, it is how the client is treated in resolving the concern that matters most. I am treated like I am their sole client and I like it.
