I've been communicating with Dave Eriksson at CT over the phone for over 6 months. I'm located in another state, so telephone and email were of vital importance. In order to design and propose a system, many long conversations, & writings, were necesary. After all decisions on equipment were made, we made the purchase. Everything was sent directly to me and I installed the system. All along Mr. Eriksson made himself available to me, by mobile phone, for any answers, or guidance and updates as to my progress. He's always been very responsive to my contacts.
I will pruchase further items from CT. Here's an interesting fact; could you save money by shopping elsewhere, probably a few dollars here and there. But you cannot beat the direct support and design guidance of a qualified technician, such as Mr. Eriksson. After doing business over time, one can build a relationship with a vendor. I have done do with The CT-Group.
