I have recently been the subject of a cancelation that I did not request and was charged two fees in association of this. I am extremely disappointed in your company and especially the rude, unprofessional manner of which the employee in question handled the situation.

It is a great way to take a vacation on a limited budget. You don't have to stay in a tiny hotel room unless you want to. You can have an affordable opiton of staying in a 4 or 5 star resort. It is just that easy. You work with kind and courteous representatives who have your best vacation interests at heart.

The customer service agent that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my reservation and finding us a place to book at a great price and on the days we were available to travel
