I have had very few service issues with CFDynamics. Their servers are reliable, and though the sites I manage are on shared servers I've never experienced load or lag issues. What few service issues I've had have been addressed promptly and professionally.

Outstanding reliability and customer service. Any time I experience a problem, they are quick to respond. In the five plus years I've been with CFDynamics, downtime has been minimal (less than .01%).
