I recently dined at Sea Salt and I have to tell you it was one of the best, most memorable dining experiences my wife and I ever had. Our server, Jeffery, was wonderful. He knew the menu inside out and was able to answer any questions that we had. He made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. He was a true professional, having dined at all the restaurants in down town Naples and many other places he stands out as one of the best. If only others could follow in his foot steps. The food, fantastic it couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back and tell others.

We dined at Sea Salt last night and it was a very enjoyable experience. I had the miso encrusted monchong with the roasted beet salad. My partner had the grilled swordfish with asparagus. Both entrees were outstanding and the presentation was exquisite. For desert, we shared the double cioccolato gelato and the vanilla cream gelato with fig sauce; both were delectable and a fitting end to a perfect meal. I would definitely recommend Sea Salt to everyone; it’s a must do on everyone’s list, when dining in Naples.

I have dined at Sea Salt several times when visiting Naples from Palm Beach. The food is exquisite - in it's artful presentation to the feeling one just ate and enjoyed not only a delicious meal, but one that is very "clean", fresh and healthy. Many items are either locally grown and/or organic.
For lunch lately I ordered the grilled swordfish salad and could nowhere near finish it, taking the leftover fish for lunch the next day!
Having an appreciation for architecture and design, to me, the most appealing experience is how fresh, open, appealing in colors & textures at every turn, and and the staff.
There are about 5 different and distinct venues in which to choose to dine; each feels like its own separate restaurant. I have not yet had the chance to dine in all the worlds Sea Salt has to offer and I look forward to my next experience! If you have not yet been, I urge you to make it a priority to try this restaurant next time you are in Naples, FL.
