Overall easy shopping experience, only problem was wrong model# was shipped. Just had to send back in exchange for correct one. Service was very courteous, and quick in fixing problem. The product I ordered was an Oregon Scientific WR602 Emergency Public Alert Radio. I was sent the 601 the first time. Like I said the mistake was fixed in a quick and courteous manner. Will likely shop from them again.
