A full score for the personal attention we receive from Laurel & John. There's not much of that type service around any more.

With the last yarn I bought from you I knitted socks for a baby boy. I have knitted socks for my boys who are now in their 50's and at the tome I could not buy knee length sock for little children here in England. Things have changed but I thill dont know, so I knittes 2 pairs and sent them to Uruguay, where I am now a great Aunt

I recently got my own email address, and wanted to change the new info so that your newsletters will come to my computer, not my husband's. Your website made it very easy. I have been doing this alot lately, and believe me it is not as easy as you might think. Just had to let you know how user friendly the site is. Thanks, Janet

Although I have a good LYS, I love shopping at Handknitting.com--it's a real "in-person" experience! Great service, and Laurel has written a beautiful pattern (I Got Rhythm). Shopping here is reliable and a lot of fun, too.

Wonderful yarns and Laurel provides great personal customer service. Fast shippers. I just wish they carried everything I could ever want to order for my knitting, so I wouldn't have to deal with other vendors.
