I would caution anybody ordering parts with this company. They keep your return and never refund your money. I had a transaction dating back to 04/01/08 and up to this date 06/30/08 I'm still fighting for my refund. They conveniently cannot be reached forcing you to go through a ticketing process that leads you to a dead end process by using a no reply mailbox. They mentioned they would charge me 20% restocking fee on the non-restockable refurbished/salvaged item but guess what? They kept the item and I have not seen a penny back. I am filing a complaint with the Internet Crime Center (FBI partnering agency for this type of issues).
I am extremely disappointed with the purchasing system so far. We are local to this business and had heard good things about this company, so I was comfortable ordering from them. Unfortunately the communication from the company regarding our purchase has been poor. It was not disclosed when we placed our order that the item we ordered was not in stock. We placed an order for an xbox 360 on Friday and the item had still not arrived by Wednesday when I called customer service. The representative told me that others were unhappy regarding the undisclosed backorder status of their orders as well and "I was lucky it had only been a few days because some customers had been waiting up to 3 weeks!" He did offer me an upgrade to next day air shipping, however that would be of no benefit due to our location. I was told "the order should ship today" but I am still waiting for shipping verification. If the company intends to sell refurbished items, they should have a better system in place for disclosing order status. Hopefully, when the order does finally arrive, the system will be satisfactory. I expected better service.
