I oredered repairs online for my son's ipod last weekend, prepaid the repairs and shipping by credit card. The shipping label they sent me was invalid. I sent an inquiry, and now have gotten no response in 5 days, and the website has become inaccessible. I'm feeling swindled.
I sent my XBOX 360 in for service and they received it on Wed. Nov. 5. I haven't heard from them and their website has been taken down and the phones disconnected. I want my XBOX back, but I am very concerned about this company.
i still haven't gotten my psp which was supposed to come a month ago.

Terrible service. I paid in advance for a repair on 10/14, and as of Nov 4th have yet to have my xbox360 repaired and returned. Each day I call they tell me it either it will ship out tommorrow or it still need more testing. Absolutely awful service. I sent my xbox360 in to have the "red ring of death" fixed. After getting it back within 2 months the ring came back. I then sent it back to get fixed again, and within 3 wks this time, the ring came back yet again!
