These guys are awesome. They quickly respond to service inquires and have even responded to oddball requests in the wee hours of the morning. This is pretty great considering I'm paying cheap-o hosting fees.

Does this hosting solution has downtime at all? I've never seen my site to go down even a second? Also the support stuff is more than excellent, they solved my problem during my sleep and when I woke up it was all working smoothly.
