Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra bit to help a customer. I refer players and coaches to Savage FH all the time, I know they stand by the quality of their products and will satisfy the customer's needs.

When I had to call for some information on the hockey stick and hockey indoor gloves, the person I spoke to was very helpful. He gave me good advice about which stick would be better for my 13 year old, and he was right.
