We have been participating in the maze quest since its inception 11 years ago. My husband has been to all 11 corn mazes, I have been to 10.
After the first few years, Hugh, the owner, has added new mazes or activities every year.
As we have no young children, we have not participated in the birthday parties or the children's play room. But we have tried every other maze that Hugh and the crew at Maize Quest has created. Some of the mazes are: bamboo, rope, fence, invisible fence, rock labryinth, sliding board, go carts, miner max, tile, pyramid. We can't remember them all.
Our record for completing the annual corn maze is 2 hours and 50 minutes. That is with finding all the clues and stamps.

What makes it fun is helping the other folks who like us are getting lost in the maze. We love finding the clues and stamps, because each clue/stamp also gives us information related to the theme of the maze.
For example, this past year was China. We learned many new facts about the country, its history, people, and culture.

Hugh puts on a great presentation before you enter the corn maze. We love to watch his "performance" as he guides us through the rules to obey while exploring his corn field.

We love the Maize Quest so much, we bought shirts after the 2003 season, and wore them when we were married that winter! We also made our wedding cake look like a maze!

It is a great place to take the entire family or any group. I have attended with my girl scout troop several years, and both my husband and I have attended with our church groups. There are activities for all ages and all levels of expertise. In the fall they offer hayrides, bonfires, and pumpkin picking.
During the growing season, the farm also offers you fresh fruit picked from their orchards - or you can pick your own. They also take orders for fresh baked pies. My favorite is the caramel, apple, walnut!!!

We hightly recommend Maize Quest to all our friends and family.

We love Maize Quest! Our kids are 3,4 and 6 and we have gone for a few years. The inside Fun Barn is terrific to get them moving and playing, especially in the winter. It is nice because parents can usually take a break and chat or read and there are not a bunch of wild older kids knocking the little ones down. Inside they also have the Roller Racers, little carts where kids move their bodies to make them go around a small track.

Outside there are so many activities. Our first favorite is the massive tube slide. It goes SUPER FAST! My childrens' second favorite is the Pedal Carts which are outide around a big track. When they were younger we would sit them on our laps and go around; but now the two older ones can do it themselves.

We also really like the bamboo forest; it is a good place to go to cool off and the same goes for the corn crib where you can make "corn angels".

All the other mazes are a lot of fun, too, and it is just a great place to go to get some physical activity. You can bring your own food for lunch or dinner or they have food there at reasonable prices. They have covered picnic tables outside for your convenience. During the winter months there are snacks and drinks inside.

The only thing anyone might complain about it there are no "real" potties; only port-a-potties. But, they are always clean and there is sanitizer available. They are trying to have real ones installed, but on a large farm it is expensive and there are a lot of permits involved. This is not a problem for our family.

Maize Quest is the best maze around. This corn maze is larger than other corn mazes. It will take alot more than an hour or two to get through this maze. Every year they change the maze and give it a new theme. The theme also has an educational benefit. There are also several smaller mazes (not corn) and a large slide, these are included in the cost of the corn maze. The slide is fun ever for adults. Every year we take our Girl Scouts and make it a family event. They also give group discounts. It is a great place to spend the day with your family. You can take a lunch with you or get something to eat there.
They also offer hayrides and campfires. These are alot of fun, during apple season they will stop in the orchard and let you pick an apple off the tree to eat. Fresh picked apples taste great. Bring your own smores.
