I can't say enough good things about the support I've received from Crucial Web Hosting. The few support tickets I've submitted have been responded to in less than 15 minutes which blows away not only their advertised response time but also the competition (companies big and small). The support is very personal and better than any I've received throughout 10 years of design/development work. I'm happy to say that I've finally found a hosting company in Crucial Web with which I'm 100% satisfied. Kudos!

This is the first support ticket that i opened with crucial web and was very impressed by the way it was handled. The support staff was very quick in attending to my issue and seemed to have good technical knowledge.

I had an account with Crucial for a month, and in a very close decision chose a different host, not because of any failings on Crucial's part. They are a fast and solid host: page execution times were very good, and uptime was excellent. All support tickets were answered helpfully within an hour or two. Personally I find cPanel a bit annoying and clunky as an admin solution (with "addon domains" in subfolders and so on), but lots of other hosts use it. In sum, if their package fits your needs, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Crucial is my 5th host, and the service has been the best. I was at Media Temple before. Problems do happen, but generally things are sorted out quickly. They are not the bottom of the barrel cheap, but once you've done that you want some service and speed. I design sites and have referred many clients because I know they will get good service, ...
