Outstanding! They were fast at answering questions before I decide to buy. They are just as fast in taking care of my needs after I've given them the money.

Overall great host. Fair pricing. Great Magento servers. Quick tech support responses. I would recommend them, especially over larger companies like who's tech support is difficult to get a hold of.
