I've had so much trouble with other web hosts. Technical problems, but especially slow and poor techical support were a pain in the neck! But Crucial Web Hosting is different. Quick email support and excellent technical knowledge make hosting my website with them a pleasure! I can't recommend them enough.

I've had extensive experience with at least 3 other "major" hosting companies. None has been able to compete with Crucial's reliability, speed, service and overall development environment. Honestly, I won't let my customers host sites anywhere else. I know I can keep my development time short and sweet with Crucial. And if there's a problem, it's fixed within an hour.

Excellent all around from my first experience and contact with Crucial Web Hosting. Any technical help I've required or service I've needed and requested has in all cases been taken care of almost invariably in a matter of minutes. No downtime on site ever as far as I know. Charlie Lewis
