Every time we've made a support request the Crucial Team has responded almost immediately (even on the weekends and odd hours).
It is easily the best support I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a LOT.

Kyle has been nothing short of excellent in my migration over to your hosting. He brought everything over including the cpanel interface we were using previously, he answered all questions in a timely manner, and fixed any snags right a way. I feel spoiled! Looking forward to this relationship!

And they offer Magento installation with no extra cost.
