I completely lost access the both the front end and back end of my Magento store. It was completely my error and even though they do not provide full Magento application support, they were able to restore my site back to its prior state right away. Magento is an excellent product and Crucial provides excellent service to match.

Absolutely great when it comes to hosting a Magento-based website. We switched to them from another very popular web host and Crucial basically saved our e-commerce site from being slow and un-friendly to quick and very-user friendly. Extremely fast turnaround too. Thanks!
