I bought the hosting plan with a coupon, so it was really cheap, and with that I thought I would get what I paid for, so a really crappy service with slow speeds, but instead it's completely different, my domains propagated within 15 minutes of me signing up, and the features that they offer are just unbeatable. If you're thinking about buying hosting from these, BUY IT, it's truly worth it.

I moved all of my websites over to Crucial about a year ago as I was very unsatisfied with my previous host. It has been the best decision I've made! From the speed of their servers, to the quality and reliability of their service - I don't believe you can find a better value for the money. I have been completely happy with every aspect of their service - their Live Chat feature is great. Beyond that, I have also signed up for their affiliate program and have been referring everyone I know to their service. Keep up the great work Crucial!

I used to host with a large hosting company for 8 years and they drove me crazy. So I switched to Crucial Web Hosting. I have been with them for a week now, and I tell you that everything works better here.
I retained my domain registrar and I switched my DNS to Crucial Web Hosting. Initial setup went smoothly and my DNS was switched within a day (zero down time).
I specially like their virtual server environment. It makes your setup much easier and it almost makes you feel as if you are hosting on a dedicated server.
With 250GB of space on their basic shared hosting, I don't think you can ask for more. I am hosting a relatively small database driven site with them, and so far I have been very happy.
I have been with Crucial for a week now and they are wonderful. They moved my site for free and only had one issue with there were I ended up with 2 accounts with them after the transfer but that was later corrected. I've been with Crucial since 2 weeks ago and it may be too early for me to write a review but I'm going to do it anyway. Before I start heaping praises on Crucial, let me tell you that I was previously with hosting company X. Company X was fine initially, but as my contract with them neared the end, my site started to go down a lot.
I signed up with Crucial with almost no idea about the company, except that a user spoke well of Crucial in one post in a forum. I hoped that Crucial would live up to that user's compliments and true enough, they did.
In the 2 weeks that I've been with Crucial, I've sent 5 support tickets. Most of them were replied to in an hour, and my problems were usually solved in less than 5 replies. The staff did not show one bit of annoyance even though I emailed them for help many times in a fortnight.
Overall, my hosting experience with Crucial Web Hosting has been great so far. I would recommend them to everyone!
