I am completely disillusioned with this process. During application I was quoted a monthly fee, but upon acceptance that fee had a 50% rate increase....this is not acceptable and I feel that I was scammed. Why ask what monthly payment would fit my budget, if you are not willing to honor it?
This is not even a one star rating-but I clicked it and now can't seem to undo it!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ray LeRoy of ColoHealth. He knows his material and convinced me that a HSA was the best option for me without being pushy. Health insurance was a big concern of mine as I am between jobs and recently relocated to another state. Mr. LeRoy made the transition easier than expected with his understanding of my situation and personal, as well as professional, attention.

In the past, shopping for health insurance was very cold and impersonal. The attitude that we received from Cigna was health insurance costs are going up everywhere, and that is just the way it is, and we should just be happy we have some coverage. We were paying more and more, and getting less and less.

With ColoHealth, the human touch that we received was outstanding. Mr. Fairbank was available to answer our questions even after normal business hours, and tried to get us the most value for our money. We were given a choice from a wide variety of plans, and were walked through some of the new issues that helped us understand the benefits of choosing a Health Savings Account.

Colohealth understands the dilemma of the rising cost of health insurance being pitted against the rising cost of everything else, and that this is a realistic challenge. We feel that they empathize with their customers and are looking out for their best interests.

I can't believe what great customer care Colohealth has! I've had a problem trying to find insurance for my daughter outside of work at a reasonable price. I'm so happy to have found Colohealth! Their prices are good and they are so responsive.

Thanks so much for all of your help, Colohealth. A lot of people I work with are trying to find an individual plan away from work due to the (increased) cost, just like I was. I have been spreading the word about you guys.

The service at ColoHealth has been friendly and professional. Anthony Norris was patient with my questions and truly seemed to want to find the right plan for me, which in my case is affordable and gives me ample coverage in emergency situations. His email responses were prompt and polite - I would definitely call again with any questions or concerns.
