I've been using ServerGrove as my wholesale Hosting Server for our 22 Domains since two years ago. Technical Support and Customer Service were the main reasons for our switching decision.

I switched my domains to ServerGrove from a major hosting Co. about a year ago, mainly because I was dissatisfied with their Customer Service Support. I administer 5 websites, 2 of which need constant updating and I have to say that from the get-go, ServerGrove's Tech Support and especially their Customer Service Support has been superb!

They are one of the very few Companies that when they say that they will take care of your requests 24/7, they truly mean it.
I couldn't be happier with their Services, and would (and in fact already do) recommend them to anyone that I can (from beginners to advanced Internet users).

I'm satisfied with service. I've needed an special installation for my webside developed with Symfony and the tech support team was very helpfull and profesional to solve the issue.
