This host has made hosting a Symfony site really easy. The Maestro back end is wicked and the support team seems to be very quick to respond and on the ball.

This is THE BEST server company I have EVER worked with. The personalized service is unheard of and they are usually available 24/7. When they aren't I normally get a response in less than a few hours. They help me with my stupid mistakes and back everything up for me. I will never switch companies.

So far Server Grove has been phenomenal in offering support and advice for my new VPS with them. They have fixed any mistakes and bugs quickly, have been helping me setup everything (I am kind of new to setting up a web server) and just generally responsive.

Since I have signed up I have had no complaints about ServerGrove. Their support has been fast and their servers are always up. It's usually the same people answering your emails which is nice. They know what they are talking about and are very helpful.
