Excellent, your service is really unique

The RatePoint review process is simple and direct. They respond to your complaint in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they didn't get results with the company I dealt with, but it was not their fault. They tried, but the company did not!

I've been impressed with Rate point from the get go. The Professionalism of the staff has been their to help me every step of the way.

Laut Aussage mehrerer Küchenstudios sollte ich mir einen neuen Eckschrank kaufen da der bei mir eingebaute nicht mehr hergestellt wird und ich nirgends so ein Scharnier bekommen würde... RatePoint has proven to be a great company for all other companies.

Ratepoint not only remained impartial but also facilitated a communications channel between myself and the company involved, despite it being under ackward circumstances. In future when i see a RatePoint seal I will know that the reviews are real and that RastePoint will stand behind you as a consumer when it comes to making a dispute.

I love RatePoint's Customer Service! I was amazed to have a personal email from Molly, offering her technical support. I sent her a question along with my phone number. Within about 1 minute my phone rang and it was Molly! She said "yes I can help you with that" - and proceeded to do an awesome job! Thank you Molly, and thank you RatePoint!
