RatePoint allowed me to turn a bitter experience with a nonresponsive vendor into a satifactory solution for both the vendor and me (I guess I cannot speak for the vendor). RatePoint saved me many points on my Blood Pressure.

I think RatePoint has exceptional customer service and support. They made our transition from our other system absolutely seemless. They are very pro-active, they were there and accomodated all our our requests. The system is very user friendly. Our rep was/is fantastic! It was a very smart choice for us!
