We have moved totally away from Constant Contact and are now using RatePoint. I especially like this product "Rate and Review". We are working hard to be "visible" to our membership and this product will help us be authentic and transparent in a busy time. This product is easy to get around and I appreciate the support.

I recently switched to RatePoint from one of their competitors, and have been very pleased with their service. Their software interface is simple and intuitive, customer support is fast and friendly, and I like the simple integration with my website.

Excellent product and features for the price. I don't think there is another product on the market that offers all of the features of RatePoint, at any price. Having all features in one service saves time and money.

I took advantage of the free trial and found the program to be very operator friendly. The support I recieved from your support group while I created my survey was outstanding. Very well done!
