Everything was handled very professionally. The only problems I had where with funeral home contacting me when they said they would. This was easily handle by me calling them.

I bought a keepsake urn for my sister who requested that I split my ashes with her. I thought it would be a splendid birthday gift. I was pleasantly surprised with this urn.
