I purchased one of these units for our home. It's great. Aurora Generators provide us with a footprint so that we could have a concrete pad poured prior to delivery of the generator. The generator is great, started first time. The one thing that was most impressive though was the customer service!! These guys are fantastic, you just can't find people that genuinely care about their products and customers like this anymore!!

Great guy to deal with, had minor shiiping problems, but he was extremely helpful, and resolved the problem within hours! You will not find anyone else with this good of customer service on eBay.
