My customers who rent are happy since the units are so easy to operate. My renters have never had a problem nor did they need to call me prior to using them. Aurora Generators provide us with a footprint so that we could have a concrete pad poured prior to delivery of the generator. We have it mounted outside our garage. The weather proof housing offers protection from all of the elements. I also like the fact that the generator panel includes an electronic smart generator controller. It automatically starts and stops the generator engine. It also checks the generator status and reports back any fault condition, eliminating the need for guess work. It is also very helpful that any parts we needed such as filters,etc... Aurora Generators has in stock and we have the parts shipped to us within a few days. Customer service is top notch!
