I ordered a book shortly before noon MDT and I was notified by email that it was shipped priority mail the same day. The website was very easy to navigate (particularly going back to shop more and check shipping prices after reviewing and changing my order). Wow!!!

I'm very satisfied in how ArtScroll handles its customers. I gave my wrong address to ArtScroll and when I found out, they still sent my Torah. I do hope that the person to which was delivered returned it back to ArtScroll.
