I found the swimsuit I have wanted since last season at Cityboyz Fashion. I was so excited because no other online site had it available in my size. So of course I immediately went through the checkout process and made my payment. The next day however, Steven Brown, the owner, emailed me to let me know that they didn't have a small in the suit but rather only a large available. I was so disappointed. But I'm not one of those people who don't understand business and I know these things happen. I am, however, in the customer service industry and the customer service I received from Steven and his online store was absolutely amazing and greatly appreciated. My credit card was charged and posted even though they had canceled the order and through all of this Steven has been in contact with me through email and phone calls keeping me informed and up to date about all transactions. So many industries forget just how important customer service really is. On the bottom of every paycheck I receive from my employer states, "Deposits made possible by your customers." This allows all of us to understand that we don't have a job or get paid without customers. From this experience with Cityboyz Fashion and especially Steven, I will start shopping their website first because of the outstanding customer service I received. I greatly appreciate and thank you for everything.
