I'm a professional website developer. In my line of work, because sometimes my clients already have a hosting company, I've dealt with a number of them. I chose to host my own site at CWI a year ago, because they offer great hosting packages. Since then I've had had a number of positive experiences in communicating with their staff. Whether it's their billing, sales, or tech support department, I've found everyone there a pleasure to do business with, no matter what the issue. THAT, to me, is the greatest benefit of all.

I've been a client of CWI for well over 5 years and whenever I have any hosting or co-location needs I go back to them. In my view, it is the excellent customer service that sets CWI apart. Even outside of regular business hours the support team's responses have been fast and very competent. I typically use Linux hosting and my support questions can be fairly elaborate at times and yet I've never encountered any request or problem that wasn't handled within just a few hours. In addition, CWI uses very recent but stable hardware and software configurations to make sure customers can take advantage of the latest technologies with minimal effort. I've dealt with other hosting and co-location companies but CWI is definitely the best I have found.
