Very friendly customer service, they work for the customer which is not seen as often anymore. It was zero stress and when you call you speak to someone instantly. I was very impressed.

WOW, the hat arrived yesterday! It is just tooooo cute and as you said it's very comfortable to wear....I wore it around the house after it arrived! The hat has added greatly to my incentive to get going on my costume! Thanks for the answers to my questions and the incredibly fast processing of my order......amazing!!! I will highly recommend...
